DEL MAR SHORES TERRACE

For private Coaching Retreats (1-2 people), we prefer to use this property.  This property will be undergoing renovations in the fourth quarter of 2008. 

This condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  If you choose to stay on this property with us, you will reside in the guest room with a bathroom across the hall and a small private ocean-view balcony.  This property has a kitchen, dining room, living area and a large, relatively-private ocean-view veranda.  The complex is situated on an ocean bluff and has several ocean-front seating areas, hot tub, sauna and heated swimming pool.  From the swimming pool area, there is a gate for access to the stairs to the beach.  The Del Mar Dog Beach (a fun place to contemplate life) is a 5-8 minute walk south on the beach.  Year round, you are sure to see surfers riding the waves.
